Order Processing
- All products sold on bibledelights.com are custom printed and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times
- Shipping times vary by location and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly packaged, please notify us within 30 days of the shipment date. Use our Contact Page or email us at info@bibledelights.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required in the case of damaged items.
Returns & Replacement Policy
No Returns or Refunds
All Bible Delights books are custom printed on demand, which means we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your item is:
- Damaged
- Incorrectly packaged, or
- Fails to arrive
you may request a replacement.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Replacement Requests
If your order meets one of the conditions above, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost. You must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to be eligible.
